Join us for Creative Minds, our monthly teen craft event that's all about having fun and trying something new. This month we'll be putting rubber ducks in cosplay! Do you want a rubber duck dressed like your favorite anime character? Or maybe your favorite pop star? The possibilities are endless with HPL's craft supplies!
