Read Along the Path

Join the Hammond Public Library in collaboration with Gibson Woods Nature Preserve for a StoryWalk. The ½ mile red trail features pages and activities from a book that fits the season for families to enjoy in celebration of the nature and exploration. This season's book is The Flower Thief by Alice Hemming, and will run from April 1 - June 7 (weather pending.) Gibson Woods Nature Preserve is open Tuesdays - Sundays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Join the Youth Services staff in an egg hunt! From 10:30-11:00am search for eggs and then collect your prizes! After take a photo with the Easter bunny and make some fun crafts.

This program is for children and their families.

Registration opens March 28th. Please register each individual child.
