Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It is also a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.

Children ages 5-12 can join us for a 5 week class. Due to the nature of the program, attendance each week is required. This introductory class will include alphabet, numbers, colors, greetings, and more! Space is limited to 15.
