Tasty Travelers: Bean Pie and Black History

This month, we'll be making bean pies in honor of Black History Month.  Bean pies -- yes, for dessert! -- are a sweet treat made by Black Muslims in the United States.  Famous varieties can be found on Chicago's South Side, but we'll be making our own mini bean pies to sample and playing Black History Jeopardy while they bake!
